MaxiSYS Elite provides you with superior special functions, including Oil Reset, EPB(Electronic Parking Brake), SAS (Steering Angle Sensor), BMS (Battery Management System), and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter).
The Diagnostics application can retrieve ECU information, read & erase DTCs, and view live data. The Diagnostics application can access the electronic control unit (ECU) for various vehicle control systems, including
engine, transmission, antilock brake system (ABS), airbag system (SRS)......


Special Functions ECU Coding & Programming:
1.This diagnostic tool can reflash the vehicle control modules, to update the in-car computer software and reprogram adaptive data for certain components, fixing issues of drivability, fuel efficiency, power loss, fault codes and durability of mechanical parts.
2.Anti-theft matching can disable the lost key and add the new key’s information to program to ensure the security of your vehicle;
3.SAS reset will calibrate the steering angle sensor after the replacement to make sure the ECU issued the correct steering instructions and memorize the max angle’s position;
4.Tire pressure reset is to make up or replace the tire, tell the ECU that the tire pressure returned to normal and keep all the information in record;
5.Injector programming will write the new code to the ECU after replacement of injector, so that the injector works;
6.DPF reset is to retrieve/erase DPF-related codes, reset the DPF light after the filter has been replaced;
7.Oil reset can reset the service mileage after car maintenance and turn off the service light;
8.Throttle matching is to do ECU matching after throttle cleaning or replacement;
9.EPB reset will relearn the electrical park brake sensor after the replacement;
10.ABS brake bleeding is to discharge the air to make the pedal easy to tread on.

Diagnostics Operations:
Among all methods, BT pairing is recommended as the first choice for the communication between the MaxiSys display tablet and the VCI device. The working range for BT communication is about 755 feet (230 m); this means you can perform vehicle diagnosis freely around the workshop with greater convenience. If you use more than one VCI device to connect to the test vehicles when customers are many, you can perform vehicle diagnosis on various vehicles conveniently, by pairing the MaxiSys display tablet separately to each of the VCI devices connected to the different test vehicles, via BT, without the need to repeat the plugging and unplugging procedure, which is unavoidable through traditional wired connection, thus saves you more time and provides more efficiency.



Diagnoses：
1. Retrieve and display ECU information of tested control unit, including unit type, version numbers and other specifications;
2. Read all kinds of DTCs from vehicle’s control systems to locate problem areas and offer possible solutions;
3. Erase the codes easily after DTCs retrieving and certain repairs have been carried out;
4. Live data of each parameter item displayed in text, waveform graph, digital, or full screen display modes;
5. Active test used to access vehicle-specific subsystem and component tests.
